Automatic toast/loaf bread line

1.Dough mixer: There is 3 different kind of dough mixer,double speed:stainless steel material,high speed & low speed,equipped with bowl safety transparent guard,for all kinds of dough.



Automatic tilting mixer

1. cast iron structure(base,column and head)
2. Stainless steel diving blade,spiral arm,bowl.
3. Independent motors for bowl and spiral and two speeds.
4. Self-tipping spiral mixer and the lifting system operated by hydraulic cylinder.

This is a compact self-tilting mixer,coupled with a dependable and safe hydraulic elevator-tipper.This innovative system provides the time saving facility to vertically raise and rotate the whole mixer tip the dough directly onto a suitable bench or work surface.


2.Tunnel Oven

Indirect heated convection oven

The burner heats the combustion chamber and the heat exchanger,then the air which will be blown into the bake chamber is heated through the heat exchanger.
The combustion gas will not enter into the bake chamber and contact the products.
