The 2 different kind of mixer:The removable bowl dough mixer and auto tilting dough mixer both can match with automatic bread making production line.It can be used for mixing different kind of bread,like burger,buns,baguette,toast loaf bread,hot dog bread and so on.

Part 1: Removable bowl dough mxier.

Sealed mixer bowl cover with 9-inch Siemens touch screen, more than 10 kinds of mixing programs can be set, automatic powder adding mouth, water inlet pipe can be reserved, and automatic powder adding system and automatic batching system can be connected.

The water chiller machine automatic metering and water addition, and has a dough temperature sensor with a dough temperature display function.
The mixer with strong power, suitable for industrial production and various soft and hard dough and high-gluten dough, imported key components. The mixer is made of high-strength steel and stainless steel, which is durable and hydraulic power unit.

Part 2: Auto tilting dough mxier.

This is a compact self-tilting mixer, coupled with a dependable and safe hydraulic elevator-tipper. This innovative system provides the time saving facility to vertically raise and rotate the mixer to tip the dough directly onto a suitable bench or work surface.


The entire machine uses Japan Three Stars and American Gates belts. Silent double-speed motor and intelligent belt transmission structure imported from the United States.The mixer hook and center rod are made of stainless steel, and the bowl is made of 304 stainless steel.
