All our mixers have two motors and the possibility of reversing bowl rotation in one speed. Two wlwctronical timers control all the machine function. The time which has elapsed (minutes &seconds) can be easily read fromthe digital display.
At the end of a work cycle the timers return to the values initially set for the kneading cycle which has been automatically stored in memory.
Due to belt transmission of power, the machine nosie level is quite low.
Our Company manufactured the Machine first in the year 1992. More than 5, 000 pieces have been sold and being used in China and other parts of the world. It uses double silence speed electromotor imported from America. There is a reasonable speed difference between the bowl and the beater that makes the dough mixes evenly and maintains quality texture. In the year 2000 we improved on the machine by reducing a space between the bowl and the beater and also increased the steel strength of the beater.
The new Microcomputer control type spiral mixer should be programmed before use. The speed level must be increased from the lower level to the higher level until a desired speed is attained.
After this the Machine will automatically use the programmed time and speed.
